Some of the songs, "Tonight", "Chineese New Year" seem a bit like melodic radio airplay hopefullness but it is their more sinister sound as in "Heavyweight" and the thrilling, frightening, "Surf Riot" that "The Arrivals" shine like a dark emerald heralding punk as a thriving musical form/5(5).
